Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Under global data protection regulations (including GDPR) and Developer Platform policies (Meta, LinkedIn), you have the right to request the deletion or removal of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing by Nexatrium Advisory Ltd.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your personal data, including any data associated with Facebook/Meta Login, WhatsApp Business API interactions, or LinkedIn integrations, completely purged from our systems, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Provide Identifiers: In the body of the email, please include the email address or phone number associated with your interactions with us so we can locate your records.
  3. Verification: We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights).

Processing Time

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Note: Certain regulatory or legal obligations may require us to retain specific financial or advisory records for a statutory period under Bangladesh law, which supersedes general erasure requests for those specific documents.
